We are excited to feature local designer Kelly Chon. This is her first collection and we love it. She kept it simple by only featuring key items, all in black! Great tops to go back with the best fitting stretch capri we've seen in awhile! The short dresses are not just unique in detailing but fun and flirty over leggings, which are still a strong fashion statement.
